Golf Club Český Krumlov

  • Český Krumlov golf course is located in the small village of Svachova Lhotka, near the unique and historical downtown district of Český Krumlov. Located only a few kilometers from the Austrian border, Český Krumlov was listed in 1992 on UNESCO's List of World Cultural and Natural Heritages. This remarkable golf course boasts some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere in the world. Conveniently located only 4 km from the city, it winds along the Vltava River and is set in beautifully forested terrain.

  • In the fall of 2006, the first nine holes were opened to the public. The second nine holes are currently under construction. The target date for the official opening of the completed eighteen-hole course is the fall of 2007.

  • The golf course is fully irrigated (greens, fairway and driving range).The amenities of this beautiful golf course include a natural driving range, a practice putting green and also a pitching green. These are conveniently located near the Svachova Lhotka Hotel, which provides golfers with refreshments, accommodation, and a club reception desk.

  • The hotel and restaurant were opened in the spring of 2007. In July of 2007, many additional features will be open to the public, including a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a complete health and wellness program. A quaint and authentic café set in the building's attic will also be opening.

  • This romantic hotel is convenient not only for golfers, but also for their guests. The hotel staff will be pleased to arrange horseback riding, with or without instruction, and rafting on the beautiful Vltava River, which flows through the town Český Krumlov. They will also arrange bike rentals and other activities in the south Bohemian region.
