Golf Resort Monachus

  • Golf Resort Monachus connects the 18-hole course Mnich and 9-hole course Nová Bystřice. The GC Mnich is one of the longest master courses in the Czech Republic.

  • In 2001, the GC Mnich became an ordinary member of the Czech Golf Federation. The construction of the course finished in 2004, when the course was standardised. The operation of the 18-hole course officially started by the golf exhibition of Alex Čejka, Markus Brier, Jan Juhaniak and Robert Schovánek. Since May 2005, the golf course is used together with the club room background - offices with clubs administration, reception, golf shop, restaurant, bar, cloakrooms, showers...

  • GC Mnich is a member of the „Heart of Golf" - an association of 13 golf clubs in the CR and in Austria, including e.g. Golf Resort Haugschlag (Austria).

  • Nová Bystřice course is designed for all the categories of the golf players, including beginners.

  • Construction of Golf Village started in the vicinity of the Monachus Golf Resort. This is a construction of 200 family houses suitable for permanent or recreational living.

  • The courses Mnich and Nová Bystřice are in the distance of 1,5 km by air from the Austrian Golf resort Haugschlag. Even the most demanding golf players have the possibility to enjoy beautiful moments in this area and to enjoy their favourite sport during their holiday there.
